Joy England Joins CVIM as Our New Executive Director

We are thrilled to welcome Joy England as the new Executive Director of Coastal Volunteers in Medicine.

Joy holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University and brings a deep commitment to community-centered care and nonprofit leadership. Her work focuses on strengthening operations, building sustainable programs, and expanding access to essential services for individuals and families who need them most. At CVIM, Joy helps lead strategic operations, community outreach, and organizational growth in support of our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality primary care to uninsured residents of Ocean County.

We are also excited to share that Lyndsay will be stepping into the role of Clinical Director, where she will continue supporting and strengthening our clinical department and the vital care we provide each day.
