Executive Director

Joy holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University and brings a deep commitment to community-centered care and nonprofit leadership. Her work focuses on strengthening operations, building sustainable programs, and expanding access to essential services for individuals and families who need them most. At CVIM, Joy helps lead strategic operations, community outreach, and organizational growth to support the clinic’s mission of providing compassionate, high-quality primary care to uninsured residents of Ocean County.
