Donna Bonanni – MSN, RN
Donna began volunteering at Coastal Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) in 2019. As a master’s prepared nurse, her 47 years experience included critical care medicine, associate professorship at Mercer County Community College and extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and molecular diagnostic industries in senior management roles. She recently retired after leading a 60-member clinician team providing clinical education on polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology in the field of Infectious Disease. Although retired, she maintains her 40-year membership with the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Donna has been an active volunteer on the CVIM fund-raising committee and, in 2024, was appointed to the CVIM Board of Trustees. She is proud and honored to be a part of this prestigious board of trustees that tirelessly serves the clinical needs of the uninsured in the community.
